Tenant improvement to convert an under-construction condominium tower to a luxury condo-hotel.

In association with CB Anderson Architects, Seattle, WA and Bargreen Ellingson.

We joined the team during construction, and worked with tower architects Benjamin Wu Architects and Brett Hill Management Group, LLC on appropriating space for commercial kitchen to serve multiple restaurants and lounges plus hotel back-of house functions such as room service, laundry, etc. A very challenging project as the building permit needed to be obtained by a set date, or the project would lose funding. No pressure at all (!), but the deadline was met and project was able to open as scheduled.
