Provided food service equipment design & specifications for Phases 1 & 2, multiple facilities.

In association with Bargreen Ellingson.

We provided food service equipment design services for the commercial kitchen to serve multiple restaurants and lounges plus hotel back-of house functions such as room service, laundry, etc. Also included were pool bar, SushiSho, Dean & Deluca. This project was challenging because the narrow site dictated unusually tight spaces within which to function, which affected equipment clearances, work flow, circulation between back of house and venues. The project was opened as scheduled.
